The parents will get the Invalid Login Details message if the mobile number, email address, password or child’s name does not match what you have in SchoolMoney.
- Mobile number – this needs to be the mobile number you have against the child in Admin/Students on SchoolMoney. Check this with the parent.
- Email address – this needs to be the email address you have against the child in Admin/Students on SchoolMoney. Check this with the parent and make sure that is spelt in the same way.
- Password – this is the password you have sent to them which will be 6 characters long. They cannot change this.
- Child’s name – this is the child’s first name only as it is spelt on SchoolMoney.
As long as this information matches SchoolMoney, the parent will be able to login.
