A parent cannot log on because they are getting the message Invalid Login Details. How do I make sure that they are using the correct details?

The parents will get the Invalid Login Details message if the mobile number, email address, password or child’s name does not match what you have in SchoolMoney.

  • Mobile number – this needs to be the mobile number you have against the child in Admin/Students on SchoolMoney. Check this with the parent.
  • Email address  – this needs to be the email address you have against the child in Admin/Students on SchoolMoney. Check this with the parent and make sure that is spelt in the same way.
  • Password – this is the password you have sent to them which will be 6 characters long. They cannot change this.
  • Child’s name – this is the child’s first name only as it is spelt on SchoolMoney.

As long as this information matches SchoolMoney, the parent will be able to login.
