If more staff need to use T2P, you must first create new user logins for them by following the steps below:
- In Teachers2Parents, click the Admin icon in the top right-hand corner
- Select the Users tab
- Click Add new window will open.
- In the Add User window:
- Type in a Username (at least 6 characters long & include at least 2 numbers)
- Type in a Password (at least 6 characters long & include at least 2 numbers)
- Type in the staff member’s name in Teacher Name
- Tick Admin Access and/or Report Access as required
- Tick Text Access and/or Email Access as required
- Click Save
