ParentsEvening: Add Teacher Notes


Steps to include notes for teachers to see.


  1. Go to View Schedule.

  2. Click Edit Note to open the Edit Teacher Notes window.

  1. In Event, select the event that the booking was made for.

  2. In Teacher, select the staff member who has the booking.

  3. In Student, select the student the booking is regarding.

  4. Enter your message for the teacher in the text box > Save Notes.

  5. This message will appear under Teacher Notes and can be seen when the schedule is printed, exported or emailed to the teacher. Read our guide for further information: ParentsEvening: View Schedule.
