Steps to check parents with missing contact details.
Instructions

Go to Missing Contact Details.

The Missing Contact Details tab includes all the contacts in an event who are missing a mobile number and/or email address. This will show:

Parent Name: The name of the parent with missing contact details.

Student Name: The name of the student related to the parent.

Mobile Number: If the parent does not have a mobile number, they cannot receive a text invite.

Email Address: If the parent does not have an email address, they cannot receive an email invite.

Use the filters under Missing Contact Details to specify which contacts should show:

Event: The name of the event that these contacts are involved in.

Form: All contacts with students in the selected form

Year Group: All contacts with students in the selected form.

Student: All contacts related to the selected student.

Class: All contacts with students in the selected class.

Parent: The selected contact and the students they are related to.

You can Print the list or Export it to download an Excel spreadsheet with the selected contacts.
