ParentsEvening: Delete and Undelete Events

Scope

Steps to delete or undelete events from your ParentsEvening.

Instructions – Delete Event

  1. Go to Parents Evening.

  2. Select the relevant event > Un/Delete.

  3. When the confirmation window appears, click OK.

  4. The event will be deleted, and an alert window will appear. Click OK.

Instructions – Undelete Event

  1. Go to Parents Evening.

  2. Tick Show Deleted at the bottom.

  3. This will show all current and deleted events in the current academic year with a new column Deleted to indicate which ones are deleted or not. Deleted ones are also highlighted in orange.

  4. Select the deleted event > Un/Delete.

  5. When the confirmation window appears, click OK.

  6. This group will now show N for not deleted and an alert window will appear. Click OK.
