ParentsEvening: Job Sharing Teachers


Steps to assign more than one staff member to a Form.


  1. Go to Admin > Staff.

  2. Double-click on one of the staff members tutoring the form or select them and click Edit.

  3. In Last Name, enter the title and surname of the staff member they job share with after the original staff member’s surname.

  1. Click Save.

  2. When the parents for that form make a booking, they will see both teachers are assigned to it.

    • Note: Because these staff members share an entry, only one of them can be emailed the event schedule, unless you edit the email address after sending it and then re-send it. Read our guide for further information: ParentsEvening: View Schedule.
