Scope: Using the App Users Report to check which parents have accessed our App, and invite those who haven’t.
Instructions:
We recommend encouraging parents to download our App wherever possible for the best experience.
- Click into the Reports Tab
- Select App Users
The Report will show you each student, staff member and visitor that you currently have on-roll, along with a Y or N to indicate whether they have registered on the App.
If any student has multiple contacts registered they will be listed individually.
You can use the Student, Year or Form filters at the top to narrow down the results.
Sending App Invitations
Use the tick boxes to select the student(s) you wish to send the invitations to
- Press Send App Messages
- Press Send Reminders
The invitation will include a link which takes the parent directly to the correct app in the app store (Whether they use an Android or Apple Device.)
