SchoolMoney: Clear Browser History and Cache in Google Chrome

Scope: How to clear your browser history in order to ensure SchoolMoney loads correctly and runs smoothly.

Instructions: If you are having problems loading SchoolMoney, you can usually resolve this by clearing your browser history and cache.

Please note: These instructions are for the Google Chrome browser. If you use Microsoft Edge, please follow these steps instead.

  • Press the Control and H key on your keyboard simultaneously
  • From the left, select ‘Delete browsing data’
  • Set ‘Time Range’ to ‘All time’
  • Tick ‘Cached images and files‘ (the other boxes can be un-ticked)
  • Press Delete data
  • Wait for a few moments for this to complete
  • Close any SchoolMoney tabs you have open, and log back in again
