SchoolMoney: Clear Browser History and Cache in Microsoft Edge

Scope: How to clear your browser history in order to ensure SchoolMoney loads correctly and runs smoothly.

Instructions: If you are having problems loading SchoolMoney, you can usually resolve this by clearing your browser history and cache.

Please note: These instructions are for the Microsoft Edge browser. If you use Google Chrome, please follow these steps instead.

  • Press the Control and H key on your keyboard simultaneously
  • From the History box, click on the three dots and choose ‘Open history page’
  • Click Delete browsing data
  • Set Time range to All Time
  • Tick Cached images and files. The other boxes can be left un-ticked
  • Click Clear now
  • Wait for a few moments for this to complete
  • Close any SchoolMoney tabs you have open, and log back in again
