- Steps on how to use the Club Weekly Summary from the Club & Extended Services report section.
1. Go to the Reports tab from the top.
2. Click on Club Weekly Summary under Club & Extended Services.
3. Along the top of the report, you will see several adjustable options:
- Club Group – This allows you to select the club register you wish to view i.e. Breakfast Club / After School Club.
- Club Week – This allows you to select the week you wish to retrieve the data for. You can only select one week at a time.
- Show Archived Weeks – If ticked, will enable you to choose dinner weeks that you have previously archived in the Payments tab.
4. Use the Export button from the bottom left to download the report data as a spreadsheet.
5. Click Print from the bottom left if you wish to do so.
