Scope: Amending the level of access for existing SchoolMoney User Accounts.
- Click on the Admin tab in SchoolMoney, and select User Logins.
You will see a list of your users, and the ticks will show which parts of the system each user can access.
- Double click on a Username to amend their access
- If the First name, Last Name and Email address are not already present, please populate them.
Note: If the password requires changing, please do this within Teachers2Parents > Admin > Users.
Note: The “sm_” is NOT part of the username and should not be entered when logging in.
- Amend the toggle switches to allow or restrict access to certain parts of the system.
- Click Save.
