SchoolMoney: Create new staff user logins / Admin users

Scope: Create new Admin Users for SchoolMoney

Please Note:

If you use Teachers2Parents Classic for Texting and / or Email, please follow the instructions below.

If you do not use Teachers2Parents, please contact product support with the name, email address, and level of access you want your new user to have. We will provide further assistance.

If you log in using SSO (I.E: you use your email address as a login) please follow these instructions.

Instructions for T2P Users:

  • In Teachers2Parents: Create a new T2P login for your new member of staff by following these steps. You will need to grant these Admin Access and Text / Email Access for now (But these can be removed later if necessary)

  • Log Out of Teachers2Parents completely

  • Log Back in to Teachers2Parents with the new Username and Password you just created, and select Messaging and Forms

  • Select the Admin Icon in the top corner
  • Select the SchoolMoney tab across the top of the screen
  • You will be asked to enter your SchoolMoney Registration Key

If you have not already been given your Registration Key, please contact support to request it. Once you have the key, keep it in a safe place – it can be used again next time you need a new admin login.

  • Click Save at the bottom corner, and a message will pop-up with ‘Registered’

The new SchoolMoney user has now been set up. You can log back into T2P with your usual credentials, and handover the new username and password to the member of staff.

(You may now also remove their access to T2P Admin, Texting or Emails if necessary).

If you wish to amend SchoolMoney access levels for the new user, follow these steps
