Scope: Viewing you Free School Meal Data using the Dinner Money Council Banking Report
Instructions:
Click into the Reports Tab
Select Dinner Money Council Banking Report
Adjust the Dinners From and Dinners To your required date range
The report will show you the total number of Paid, Free, Universal Free and Packed Lunches taken between those dates, along with the related costing information.
You can use the Year, Form, Group, or Dinner Group boxes to narrow down the figures.
The Breakdown By box at the bottom of the screen will provide you the dinner figures displayed per Form or Year group.
Tick Exclude Staff and / or Exclude Tuck Shop Items if you do not want these to be counted in the report.
