Scope: Removing existing user logins from SchoolMoney.
To remove user logins, you will need to have access to the Teachers2Parents Texting or Email system.
If you are not a T2P customer, please contact support with the usernames you need removing, and this will be actioned for you.
Instructions for T2P Messaging / Email Customers:
- Log into Teachers2Parents and select Messaging and Forms
- Click on the Admin icon at the top corner
- Select the Users Tab
- Single-click on the user you wish to remove to highlight the row
- Press Delete
- Confirm the deletion.
Once you have deleted the user from here, it can no longer be used for Teachers2Parents or SchoolMoney.
Please note: The username will still appear in the Admin > Users Section of SchoolMoney, however as it has been deleted from Teachers2Parents, it is fully redundant and cannot be accessed.
If you need a user to retain access to Teachers2Parents but remove access to SchoolMoney, please contact support.
