Scope: How to remove unpaid students from payments
If you have set up donation payments where some parents chose not to contribute, or termly clubs where some students did not attend, you will need to remove those unpaid students to stop them showing as arrears on their account.

Instructions
1. Allow enough time for any parents to make payment if they wish to do so
2. Click on the Payments Tab

3. Double click to open the relevant payment
4. Press Manage Students

5. Press Remove All from the top of the right hand column

6. Press Save
7. Close the payment.
Note: If any parents have partially paid, you will need to write off the remainder.
Once you have finished, you can then archive the payment.
