Steps to allow parents to be able to reply to emails.
Instructions – Email
- Go to Admin > Options.
- In Email, select Yes for Allow Replies.
- In the new field Forward Replies To, enter the email address for the mailbox you want to receive the parent replies in.
- Click Save.
- In the confirmation window, click OK.
- This will return you to Home and going forward when parents reply to your emails, they will be sent directly to the email address you entered.
