Scope
Steps to only import main/primary email addresses.
Instructions

In SIMS, go to Reports > Design Report > Open an Existing Report.

Expand the Focus folder > select Student > double-click A_T2P_StudentContacts_v44 > Next.

Select Emails of the contact.

Click the red book icon on the right for Define setting for this sub report.

In the section at the bottom, click New.

In Filter Conditions, select Main or Primary > select True.

Click OK > Finish > Save my Report > OK.

Close all pages inside SIMS.

Go back to Reports > Design Report > Open an Existing Report.

Expand the Focus folder > select Student.

There will be two versions of A_T2P_StudentContacts_v44. Right-click and delete the older version.

Close all pages inside SIMS.

Run the SIMS Link v44. Once complete, only the Main or Primary email address for each contact will be in Teachers2Parents.
