Teachers2Parents: Mobile Data in Wrong Column for CSV

Scope
This article describes the error for the mobile data not being entered in the correct place.

Symptoms
When importing a CSV file in Teachers2Parents, the following alert window appears:

Cause
The CSV file for Teachers2Parents need to have their columns in the following order:

1. Year
2. ADNO
3. Student Forename
4. Student Surname
5. Mobile Number
6. Priority
7. Email Address
8. Form

If the mobile column is not the 5^th column, this alert is generated.

Resolution
Move the mobile data to the 5^th column, save the file and upload it again to import. Read our guide for further information: Teachers2Parents: Import Contacts.
