Steps to move students into their new year groups and forms in bulk for the next academic year. This is only required for schools who update Teachers2Parents manually.
- Go to Admin > Options.
- In General, confirm that the School Database System (MIS) is set to T2P Phonebook.
- If so, go to Step 3.
- If not, select that option from the drop-down > Save. Click OK in the confirmation window to return to Home to apply that change. Continue to Step 3.
- Go to End of Year.
- For each Year Group and/or Form, select the option that they will be moving to in the next academic year. For the ones that are leaving this academic year, select the option Off-roll and need deleting.
- Once all the required groups have an option selected, click Go.
- You will see a window confirming that the changes have been made. Click OK.
- Refresh the page to return to Home to apply this change.
- You should now add the students who will be joining the school in the new academic year into Teachers2Parents.
