To access the Help Centre, log in to your system and navigate to the Information icon in the top right. To ensure all your data is being logged correctly before you start the new year, please make sure you’ve updated following:

Behaviour Register
We’re excited to let you know that the Behaviour Register has had a number of visual and functional updates released recently. The Behaviour Register is a great way for staff to quickly and efficiently record key behaviours – positive and negative – observed during lessons, helping to reduce your slip recording times to ensure that nothing gets missed.
Aside from visual improvements and modernisation, we have also added the ability to bulk mark students with a simple click of the column header to further speed up the recording of valuable behaviour data.

Recording Data for Covid-19
We’ve created a customisable form that could be used in your school to record COVID-19 symptoms and test results, including the ability to notify parents/guardians via email or text should you need to complete tests in schools moving forward. Also, you can attach an image of the test result if children are tested outside of school.
This report allows your school to quickly identify the number of positive and negative results logged for COVID-19 and you can also clearly view the number of tests per month.
You can use SchoolPod/BehaviourWatch system to notify parents/guardians/social workers about any preparations you are making. Our Letters tool may be able to assist you with creating a custom mail merge. This will be able to pull student-specific information from your system when generated.
