Teachers2Parents: Send to Multiple Email Addresses

Scope

Steps to manage the number of email addresses that you want to send messages to for your contacts.

Instructions

1. Go to Admin > Options.
2. In Email, select the Send emails to drop-down menu.
3. Tick at least one of the following:
   • All
   • 1^st Email
   • 2^nd Email
   • 3^rd Email
   • 4^th Email
4. Click Save.
5. In the confirmation window, click OK.
6. This will return you to Home with this change applied. You will see the options you ticked reflected in the send list:
