Scope
Steps on how to create your own groups of contacts which you can select when sending a text or email.
Instructions – Add Groups
- Go to Admin > Groups.
- Click Add to open the Add Group window with a list of all your contacts in Teachers2Parents.
- In Group Name, enter the name of the group you are creating.
- Tick the checkbox for each contact that you want to include in this Group.
- Click Save.
- Refresh the page to return to Home and this Group will now appear in the Select Contacts drop-down menu.
Instructions – Edit Groups
- Click Admin > Contacts.
- Double-click on the relevant Group or select it > click Edit.
- This will open the Edit Group window where you can change its name, tick the contacts you want to add and untick the ones you want to remove.
- Click Save.
- Refresh the page to return to Home and these changes will have been applied to the Group.
Instructions – Delete Groups
- Click Admin > Contacts.
- Click on the relevant group once to select them.
- Click Delete.
- Refresh the page to return to Home and this Group will no longer appear in the Select Contacts drop-down menu.
