Teachers2Parents: Managing Contacts in Integris

Scope

The requirements for how contact data should be set up in Integris to import into Teachers2Parents.

Contact Details for Family in Integris

1. In Integris, go to Modules > General > Student Details.

2. Search for the pupil via Quick Search.

3. In the pupil record, go to Edit > Family.

4. Select Parent Guardian 1 or Parent Guardian 2.

5. Confirm that Parental Responsibility is ticked.

6. Confirm that they have an Emergency Ranking. Each contact should have a ranking and they should be in order of priority contact e.g., Mum as 1, Dad as 2, Uncle as 3 etc.

7. Confirm that Mobile has the parent’s contact mobile number.

8. Confirm that Email has the parent’s contact email address.
